TeraBiz is a mobile application developed for a small retail and service business based in Addis Ababa. The client operates a neighborhood shop that handles daily sales, customer requests, and stock management using paper records and basic phone communication.
The business employs a small number of staff and serves walk-in customers. As transaction volume increased, manual tracking became inefficient and error-prone.
